In session I'm often asked about where to find trans & Queer resources. this Is the list I share with my clients and community. If there IS a resource you’ve found helpful that’s not on this list, or if you have an edit/found an error, please reach out.

Medical
It's important to seek out providers who are knowledgeable about transgender issues and can offer care that aligns with your needs and goals while respecting you as a human. The health centers and practitioners listed here specialize in transgender health, offering services such as hormone replacement therapy (HRT), gender-affirming surgeries, and routine healthcare.
Speech and Voice
A speech therapist who specializes in working with trans clients can help you find your voice. Speech therapy can include exercises to modify pitch, resonance, intonation, and speech patterns to create a voice that feels more comfortable and authentic.
Body Work & Movement
Body work and movement therapies can help greatly in physical and emotional well-being especially while in transition.
Group Therapy & Community Support
Group therapy provides a space to explore your feelings, share your story, and receive support from others who understand what you’re going through. The centers listed here offer group sessions specifically for trans folks.
